Meow Block Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Meow Block (the “App”), provided by Figo (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for entertainment on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your download.
2. The App
Meow Block is a single-player puzzle game. Features may include levels, optional in-app reward flows, settings, and related content. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts
The current App does not require a user account. Progress is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
4. Ads and virtual items
The App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob or similar partners, and may offer optional rewarded placements (for example extra moves). Ads are subject to the partner’s policies. The App may also include optional in-app purchases if enabled in a given store listing; all payments are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Virtual items have no real-world cash value.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, cheat, attack, or disrupt the App or related services.
- Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Do not misrepresent the App or remove proprietary notices.
6. Intellectual property
The App, art, audio, text, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, or profits arising from your use of the App.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Effective date” will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
